Marysville Bowls Club

The new lights were turned on for the first time on New Year's eve. The honour was given

to Bill Nevin(pictured below) to flick the switch. Many Thanks to Geoff Westmore from Karingal and Graham Walton

from Cockatoo who laid all the trench wiring and cables. Thanks guys.

A very special thanks to Geoff as he did a lot of ground work for the electrical material which is much

appreciated. Neale Johnson deserves a huge thankyou as he was a big mover and shaker in getting

the project off the ground and put in heaps of time. Len Sund who supplied the main bolts and templates

for the light poles. Another thankyou to Geoff Page who helped find the lights from the steels creek tennis

club and also designed the engineering plans. A big thankyou to all the members of the Marysville Bowls club

who put time in to get the lights up.

Well done to the many many helpers. Go Marysville!!!!!!!
